history:   Rocky grew up above her now best friend cee cee jones her whole life (sense first grade). Rocky has always been a nerd but she loved to dance. Her mother would encourage it but her father didn't like the idea. As Rocky grew older her passion for dancing got bigger and stronger. In first grade Rocky meet cece at a dance class. After Rocky convinced her not to quit they became best friends. Rocky soon became active in school but has been dancing still.

After they got into highschool cece wanted to joing Shake It Up Chicago. Rocky was scared and almost quit but together they got threw it and joined together. CeCe froze on stage but Rocky helped her out and they both made it onto the show. It was their dream come true. Now they are the best of friends and Rocky enters CeCe's apartment through the window saying "Hey hey hey."
